First Time Leaders Program

First Time Leaders is an exciting, interactive leadership course designed for leaders at any stage in their career, from those just entering leadership positions to those who want to brush up on essential leadership skills. Led by Dr. Gretchen Gagel, who has held several significant leadership positions in our industry, this course focuses on:

• Helping leaders transition from a focus on subject matter expert skills to the essential skills of management and leadership.
• Arming leaders with practical tactics to build strong relationships and influence others.
• Enabling the leaders of our industry to create high-performing teams and effectively implement change.

Program Deliverables
