How to update your details
At APGA, we understand the importance of keeping your details up to date to ensure seamless communication and access to our resources. To update your information, please follow the instructions below:
To change or update your details please:
- Compose an Email: Send an email to us at email@example.com.
- Subject Line: In the subject line of your email, please use "Details Update".
- Content of the Email: Within the body of the email, include the following details that you wish to update:
- Full Name
- Updated Contact Number
- New Address (mailing or office)
- Any Other Relevant Information
- If you are a committee member
- If there are any email preferences to include
- Hit send.
- Confirmation and Processing: Once we receive your email, our team will process the requested updates or assist in creating a new profile as necessary. We'll send you a confirmation email once the changes have been made or the new profile has been set up.
Limitation on Email Address Updates: Kindly note that if you are transitioning across industries and require an email address change, we're unable to update existing email addresses. However, we can assist in setting up a new profile for the new user based on your membership status.
