Exhibition Experience for 2026
To maximise engagement and networking opportunities, the APGA has several key touchpoints designed to draw delegates into the exhibition space, increase face time with exhibitors, and enhance the overall experience:
- Meals & Refreshments in the Exhibition Hall: All morning and afternoon teas, as well as lunches, will be served within the exhibition hall, ensuring ample opportunities for attendees to interact with exhibitors in a relaxed setting.
- Interactive Delegate Activity: In app activities to incentivise delegates to visit and explore the exhibition floor – including a “QR Code Quest” to encourage delegates to visit each stand, interact with exhibitors and ask questions.
- Opening Cocktail Reception in the Exhibition Hall: Formal proceedings for the convention begin with a celebratory opening event held directly in the exhibition hall, offering exhibitors and delegates alike the chance to socialise, network, and build rapport from the outset of the event. This is followed by a formal dinner in the Convention centre.
By creating opportunities for direct interaction between exhibitors and delegates, we’re committed to making the exhibition experience as valuable and engaging as possible.
