About the Program

The transition from technical expert to team leader is one of the most important – and challenging – steps in your career. This program is designed to support professionals with zero to five years of leadership experience, helping you build practical leadership capabilities that deliver real results for your team and your organisation.

This is not a lecture series — it’s a highly interactive and applied learning experience, combining workshops, self-assessments, group discussions, and real-world tools you can use from day one.

 

What You’ll Learn

  • The difference between leadership and management — and how to balance both

  • How to motivate and engage your team

  • The power of psychological safety and trust in team performance

  • Communication strategies for difficult conversations and feedback

  • Practical tools for time management and prioritisation

  • How to manage stakeholders with influence and confidence

Each participant also receives a DiSC profile assessment to better understand personal leadership strengths and how to work effectively with others.
