Supporting this mission, APGA has partnered with Trellis Collective to offer an exclusive cohort of their signature First Five Program - tailored specifically for early-career women in the Pipeline, Gas, and related industries and featuring guest contributions from senior women who work across the sector.
The First Five Program is designed to equip participants with essential skills and confidence as they navigate their first five years in the field. Our collaboration aims to foster a stronger, more inclusive workforce and ensure that the future of our industry is diverse and resilient.

This 12-week program, running from June to August 2025, is offered nationally with limited spaces available. As an additional benefit, APGA members also enjoy a 20% discount on program fees.
