First Five

Program Purpose

At Trellis Collective we help companies build their gender equality representation by providing training that supports, accelerates and increases retention of early-career women in male-dominated fields such as the pipelines industry. 

In 2025, we're excited to partner with APGA to offer the first Pipelines Industry cohort of our First Five Program: a 12-week virtual group coaching professional development program for early career women.
