Pipeline Inspection & Anomaly Assessment
Pipeline Inspection & Anomaly Assessment
APGA, in collaboration with ALim and Associates, is delivering a comprehensive virtual training course covering pipeline inspection technologies, operational inspection practices and anomaly assessment.
The course provides an introduction to pipeline inspection and anomaly assessment while also exploring advanced technologies for traditional and difficult-to-inspect pipelines.
Participants will develop practical knowledge of inspection technologies, operational execution and industry standards, supported by real-world case studies and interactive exercises. The course also includes practical training in pipeline anomaly assessment and the application of assessment methodologies.
The training team brings nearly 90 years of combined experience across in-line inspection, non-destructive testing, engineering and inspection services.

How the virtual training will run
The course will be delivered through Microsoft Teams across four half-day sessions.
The exact start and finish times for each day are still being finalised. The course brings together specialist lecturers from Australia and overseas, so the timetable will be structured to accommodate multiple time zones while keeping each training day to approximately half a day.
Confirmed session times will be provided to registered participants ahead of the course.
Attendance at all scheduled sessions is required. The sessions will be interactive, giving participants the opportunity to engage directly with the lecturers, ask questions and work through practical examples and case studies.
Sessions may be recorded for quality control purposes. A summary of the training will be shared with participants following the course, together with any relevant course materials provided by the lecturers.
Registration conditions
Registrations close seven days before the commencement of the course.
Registrations are transferable to another participant. Cancellations received within seven days of the course commencement date are non-refundable.
Your registration covers all four virtual sessions and associated post-course materials.
