The APGA Women’s Leadership Development Program has been developed specifically for women in the energy industry.

Modelled on successful programs worldwide, it provides opportunities for networking, skills development, and leadership growth within the pipeline and gas industries. The program is open to all individuals who identify as women and are employed by APGA member companies. We encourage women in any role within the industry to register.

Over the past six years, participants have represented diverse roles—from engineers and executive assistants to commercial analysts and site controllers.
